We say we are “Ridgefield’s recovery and longevity studio.” Rooted in the healing power of nature’s elements—cold, heat, light and air—our personalized services support your recovery, energy, strength and longevity.

We are on Main Street in Ridgefield but BEHIND Main Street. We are on the opposite side of the building from Queen Bee Coffee Co. Feel free to park by Village Deli, the Ancient Mariner and CVS. Or any of the hundreds of parking spots convenient to Main Street. We do not have dedicated ReviveX parking.

We are a membership-based studio and offer monthly memberships that include a varying number of visits. Membership pricing here. Each time you visit you can select from any of our Core Services. Note: Contrast Therapy is a separate service and not included in Core Services.

We have changing rooms. We have private showers in our sauna and contrast rooms.. We provide robes and towels and any additional accoutrements needed. For most of our private offerings, a bathing suit is appropriate. For IV and Compression therapy, you can wear whatever is comfortable.

Yes we do offer a la carte bookings for all services although there is greater value in a membership and we do prioritize premium booking times for members.

All memberships require a minimum three-month commitment (and three-month initial charge) and then become monthly memberships charged automatically on your credit card. Cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Members and non-members will use the easy Mindbody app to book sessions.

All cancellations made more than 12 hours before the start of your booked session will be cancelled without charge. No credits or refunds or rescheduled visits will be allowed on any sessions cancelled within 12 hours of appointment. Active monthly members are allowed one last-minute penalty-free cancellation per six months of membership.

Because we can only offer eight Contrast Therapy sessions each day, this service is not included with any membership and must be booked separately.

You adults, yes. ReviveX offerings are perfect for those 14 years and older. We have high school athletes who hit the cold plunge to revive their muscles, young adults who benefit from the skin-enhancing and acne-reducing effects of Red Light Therapy and college students who use Cryo Therapy to shake off the long hours of summer jobs.

Yes and they are amazing. We close Revive for groups of 6-12 for two or three hours and offer everybody in the group their choice of several services. We also have relationships with local restaurants who can cater. Girls’ night out, boys after-golf, sweet 16, graduations, birthdays and we even have a special Couples Night in which we close the whole place for just two people. See event options here.
