Memberships include a set number of services each month. Choose when to come and what service you need. Apply your membership to any of the following individual Core Services (does not include contrast therapy):

Infrared Sauna
Red Light Therapy
Compression Therapy

Cold Plunge
Essential Membership: 4 Services Per Month. $219 monthly.
Performance Membership: 8 Services Per Month. $399 monthly.
Optimal Membership: 12 Services Per Month. $489 monthly
(Initial 3-month commitment charged in full, then month-to-month auto-renew billing. No rollover of unused services to future month.)

Because we only offer eight Contrast Therapy sessions each day, this service is not included with any membership and must be booked separately. 45-minute session rates:
With an active membership, $65 per treatment
As an a la carte booking, $85 per treatment
